III. COPYRIGHT

1. The finished production will be jointly owned by all participants, but by contributing, you allow for all decisions relating to its copying and redistribution to be decided by the democratic vote of all members involved.

2. Copyright protected samples are not allowed to be used without the permission of the original creator/author or owner.

3. Every Participant who is contributing to the Renoise [Longtrack] Module gives automatically the permission that related audiofiles will be spread under the Creative Commons Music Licence.
